50 % deposit is required to confirm your booking.
Traveling costs are excluded from the packages outside Mossel Bay area and will be negotiated according to AA travel rates.
Accommodation might be required if venue is further than 100 kilo’s from Mossel Bay.
If the package time limit is extended an additional charge of R150 per hour will be levied. This must be arranged prior to the wedding day.
Chaplin Pix will not be held responsible for any damage or loss of photographic material due to unforeseen circumstances, malfunction or theft.
If any photographs are sent to magazines, competitions or other advertising media, the Chaplin Pix name must be published with the photographs entered. We ask that only Chaplin Pix edited photos be sent, should the bride choose to enter an unedited photograph please contact Chaplin Pix that we can assist in editing the photo to its best quality.
Wedding cancellations or postponements must be advised 3 months prior to the wedding date.
If there is a cancellation 3 months in advance to the wedding date.
If there is a postponement 3 months in advance to the wedding date and Chaplin Pix is unable to accommodate the new wedding date.
If there is a death affecting the bridal party or family in which case the wedding will have to be cancelled or postponed.
Refunded deposits will be paid 30 days after given notice.
